Fireside Wisdom with Childless Elderwomen is a series of quarterly webinars that I host with an inspiring panel of childless elderwomen in their late 50s, 60s and 70s. They are public, free, open to all and you are welcome to join us whatever age you are!
We meet each Equinox and Solstice and our next one is coming up soon on Monday 20th March – Spring Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and Autumn Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere.
For March’s session, we are considering the topic of ‘Mothers and Daughters’… partly inspired by the significant responses I got to the Substack essay I published at the end of last year about my own mother’s dementia, and how that was shifting the dynamics within our (very challenging) relationship.
We have a mixture of unpartnered and partnered panelists, as well as representations of some other intersectional identities. As this is a webinar, neither your voice nor face will be seen or be part of the recording, nor is the chat. There is an anonymous Q&A session at the end for you to ask questions of the panelists. If you have any questions/issues/areas you would particularly like us to explore, please do leave a comment below or add that as a comment when you register (there is a box to capture your thoughts).
